Scientific studies have clearly proffer a line of thought contrary to this general belief about sleeping with socks on psychopath. Research studies show that wearing socks to bed may help you fall asleep faster and snooze better during the night. It shows further that thawing out icy feet can adjust your body's core temperature to put restful ZZZs within reach.

A video released on tittok explains the importance of sleeping with socks on. According to Dr. Raj in the video,

"You need to start sleeping with your socks on, and here's why. Wearing socks to bed increases the blood circulation to your feet this causes your blood vessels to vasodilate - they widen.

When the blood vessels widen they can get rid of heat much quicker because of the much bigger surface areas. This allows your core body temperature to cool down at a faster rate than normal, and a lower core body temperature is needed for optimal sleep.

If you want better feet, cover your feet."

 Psychologist, Dr. Kathryn Smerling during her interview with Bustle revealed that psychopaths typically have an inability to sleep. "A psychopath tends to have unusual sleeping patterns and is generally nocturnal," Smerling says. However, this is unrelated to sleeping with socks on psychopath.

In such respect, it is easy to assume since there's no scientific basis that accurately confirms that sleeping with socks on is an attribute of a potential psychopath, all other theories are heresay and should be treated as such.
